JAMMU, Mar 16: Bahu Fort Police reunited a minor girl, who was found wandering aimlessly near Railway Station here, with her family.
As per police sources, an information was received at Police Station Bahu Fort that a minor girl is wandering near Railway Station area aimlessly.
Acting over the information, a team from Police Station Bahu brought the girl to police station and offered her meals.
After this, a special police team of Police Station Bahu Fort led by SHO Inspector Nayat Ali under the supervision of SDPO East Syed Zaheer Abbas Jafari and SP South Mamta Sharma did strenuous efforts and after connecting various leads along with the information provided by the minor girl finally contacted her family.
The girl was handed over to her family members after completing all the legal formalities.
