JAMMU, Apr 15: A meeting of Joint Migrant Education Employees Association was held under the leadership of its president Bharat Bushan today regarding adjustment of newly promoted teachers as masters.
The meeting decided that not a single promote migrant teacher will join his services in Kashmir Valley due to the prevailing situation there especially in villages as the threat perception is still in Kashmir.
The meeting made it clear that no teacher will join the services till he is provided government accommodation and security in the Valley as they will not like to be at the mercy of militants and separatists there.
The meeting said that the promotee teachers be adjusted in camp schools in Jammu where they are putting up for last 26 years. The meeting in an appeal to Education Minister and Commissioner Secretary, Education urged him to adjust them at camp schools in Jammu.
