MEXICO CITY, Apr 15: Mexico will send its deputy energy minister to OPEC’s April 17 meeting in Qatar, a senior government official said on Thursday. Mexico’s energy ministry sent an observer to oil talks in Ecuador last week to share information but emphasized its crude output has already declined by more than a million barrels per day.
