Mentally disturbed man handed over to family

JAMMU, July 31: Nowabad Police handed over a mentally disturbed man to his family.
As per police sources, information was received at Police Station Nowabad that a person was found wandering under suspicious condition in the Jewel area.
Acting over the information, a team from Police Station Nowabad led by SHO Inspector Rajesh Khajuria reached on the spot and took the wandering person to the police station.
During search and investigation, it was found that the person’s name was Madan Kumar, son of Arumugam of Village Dusanar, Mettupalayam District Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
After this, contact with the family members of the person was established who told that the person was mentally disturbed and was undergoing treatment.
Finally after completing all the legal formalities, the person was handed over to his family.
