KATRA, Feb 15: The School of Economics in Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) is going to organize `Artha’, India’s first mega fest of Economics, from February 16.
In the three-day mega event, renowned Indian Economist, lawyer and politician, Dr Subramanian Swamy; Dr Manas Paul, economic strategist in the banking finance and education sector; Dr Veena Kumari, eminent strategist and Director of Planning Development & Monitoring Department, J&K Government and young journalist Zorawar Singh Jamwal will be key speakers.
The mega fest of Economics from February 16 to February 18, is aimed to generate awareness regarding Economics as a discourse and provide emerging reorganization to the school, the course and preferred career opportunities.
