UDHAMPUR, Dec 13: Medical Employees Federation (MEF) organized one day conference under the chairmanship of its provincial president Sushil Sudan, in which medical employees of district Udhampur took part.
During the meeting, the participants projected various demands including regular DPC of all categories, permanent solution of 2211 Head, promotion of FMPHWs as LHV, enhancement of FTA of BHWs from Rs 45 to Rs 1000 per month, removal of pay anomalies of ministerial staff, creation of post of Head Assistants and Section Officers at Block Level and nursing orderlies to be promoted as per their qualification.
The conference was addressed by Sushil Sudan, Vinod Sharma, Harpal Singh, Choudhary Aslam, Sham Lal, Vijay Kumar, Talvinder Suri, Dheeraj Sharma, Reeta Devi, Urmil Jamwal, Meema Devi, Aszar Ali, Sumit Gupta, Mahatma Singh, Dev Raj, Fateh Mohammad, etc.
Later, the old district body was dissolved by Sushil Sudan and Dheeraj Sharma was elected as president of JKMEF Udhampur.
