JAMMU, Nov 16: A deputation of Jammu and Kashmir Medical Employees Federation (MEF) led by its president Sushil Sudan today met Director, State Family Welfare, MCH and Immunisation and put up their demands.
The deputation voiced for demands of FMPHW and other employees of the Health and Family Welfare Department like salary of 2211-Head, creation of LHV posts in new Primary Health Centres, DPC of LHVs to CHOs, promotion of trained FMPHW as LHV at par with Health Educator and clearing the DPC of all non-gazetted employees of Family Welfare Department.
The Director told the deputation that the problem of the salary is already solved on their part and flaws lies at Deputy CMO’s level. On demand of DPC of employees, he assured that it will be conducted within one month.
