JAMMU, Aug 27: As part of Mission Reach Out, Indian Army organised a medical camp at village Chak Kirpalpur to provide basic medical facilities to the remotely located residents of Akhnoor tehsil. Health checkup, OPD care and medicines were also provided.
175 patients benefited from the medical camp.
Along with the provision of routine outpatient care and medicines, awareness was also spread regarding positive health practices, family planning and adopting good medical practices, for a healthy life.
Patients requiring prolonged and greater level of care were advised to visit higher medical centers for treatment.
