SRINAGAR, Nov 18: Municipal Council Baramulla today held a meeting of various departments and stakeholders wherein a threadbare discussion was made on various measures of Traffic in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Chairman Municipal Council (MC) Baramulla, Umar Kakroo, presided a meeting with various officials and other stakeholders including, MC Chief Executive Officer Imtiyaz-ul Haq, ARTO Baramulla, DySP HQ Baramulla, DTI traffic north Kashmir, Beopar Mandal Baramulla, SHO Baramulla, President Baramulla Working Journalists Association BWJA Gulzar Zargar, and representatives of various transport unions.
MC Chairman said that they need cooperation from all stakeholders so that traffic could be streamlined for ever in Baramulla district. “We have already taken various measures on all routes of the district, and ensured that it will be my first priority to solve this problem at the earliest,” he said.
Speaking at the occasion, Mubashir Jan, ARTO Baramulla, said they are always ready to provide any kind of support, “we are ready to provide whatever could be possible from our side,” he said, adding police is also doing good job and they don’t allow the elements to disturb any kind of traffic irregularities in Baramulla.
