MBAC urges Govt to provide jobs to KP Medical aspirants

JAMMU, July 1: Mata Bhuvaneshori Asthapan Committee (MBAC) today urged the State Government to provide jobs to unemployed Kashmiri Pandit Medical and Para Medical aspirants under Prime Ministers Employment Package Programme at an earliest.
According to a statement issued here the Committee has appealed the Government to create posts for Doctors, Dental Surgeons, Physiotherapists and other Paramedicals to accommodate the community youth and save them from frustration.
Meanwhile, MBAC also deeply condoled the gutting of revered and symbolic shrine of Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jeelani commonly known as Pir Dastgir Sahib.
“Kashmiri Pandits are equally and emotionally related to this shrine. Immediate steps should be taken to reconstruct the pious shrine in its old form and shape”, the statement added.
