LEH, Jan 30: Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Ladakh Radha Krishna Mathur today called on Union Minister of Textiles Smriti Irani in New Delhi.
Mathur discussed with Irani the development of handicrafts and handloom in Ladakh with focus on Pashmina as a luxury product.
Mathur also deliberated upon women and child welfare schemes and the need to lay emphasis on their rights.
