JAMMU, Jan 30: Talab Tillo Police arrested three persons, who were involved in attempt to murder case.
As per police sources, on January 27 this year, a written complaint was lodged at Police Station Nowabad by a person namely Raj Kumar, son of Bansi Lal Khajuria of Ashok Nagar Canal Road District Jammu stating that three persons obstructed the way of his cousin brother namely Vikas Khajuria, son of Girdhari Lal and attacked him with sharp edged weapon.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 20/21 under Sections 341, 307 and 34/IPC and 4/27 Arms Act was registered at Police Station Nowabad and hunt was launched to nab the attackers.
During the course of investigation, special teams of Police Station Nowabad were constituted under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Swati Sharma.
A team led by Incharge Police Post Talab Tillo SI Kali Charan connected various links and finally arrested three accused, who were identified as Nelansh Mehra, son of Rattan Lal, Rahil Bhagat, son of Kasturi Lal and Sahil Mehra, son of Jagmohan, a resident of Bhagwati Nagar from Udhampur district.
During sustained questioning, accused confessed their crime.
Further investigation of the case is going on.
