Manyal, Randhawa inaugurate lane & drain at Sainik Colony

JAMMU, May 14: Minister for Health and Medical Education, Dr D K Manyal and Member Legislative Council (MLC), Ch. Vikram Randhawa today dedicated newly constructed lane and drain to the public at Sector D, Sainik Colony, Jammu.
Randhawa, while addressing the people said that the newly constructed lane and drain at Gulab Singh Vihar, Sector-D, Sainik Colony was a long pending demand of the locals who apprised him regarding the issue some time back. “I had immediately released fund to the tune of Rs 5 lakh from my Constituency Development Fund (CDF) for the construction of the lane and drain which is ready for the public use now” Randhawa added.
Randhawa said that the BJP in Jammu and Kashmir is committed to carry forward the slogan ‘Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas’ given by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi to the doorsteps of the public. He urged upon the people to come forward and avail the various welfare schemes launched by the Central as well as the State Government.
Speaking at the inaugural function Dr. Manyal said that Ch. Vikram Randhawa is a young, leader who is working day in and day out for the welfare of the public with dedication and honesty. He said that no other MLC in the State is as active as Vikram Randhawa is Manyal assured the public that he will also not leave any stone unturned for the development of the Samba constituency.
Others who were present on the occasion included Satpal Choudhary, Milkha Singh, Janak Raj, Jagjeet Singh Sambyal, Amarjit Singh, Paramjit Singh and others.
