LEH, Aug 1: Following the retirement of Manzoor Ahmad, Executive Engineer PMGSY Division Kargil, on July 31, 2025, the UT Administration of Ladakh has temporarily assigned the charge to Mansoor Mohd Nissar, Officiating AEE, R&B Kargil.
He will hold the additional responsibility of Executive Engineer PMGSY, Division Kargil, along with his existing duties, with immediate effect and until further orders.
