JAMMU, Apr 2: Manokamna Sidh Jagran Samiti (MSJS) held a function to felicitate senior BJP leader and social worker Amar Nath Gupta on his 90th birthday here today.
Chander Mohan Sharma, chief party spokesman, was the chief guest on the occasion while senior BJP leader and MLA Jammu East, Rajesh Gupta, was the guest of honour. The function was organized by Parshotam Gupta, Bansi Lal Bharti and Murari Lal.
Addressing the gathering, Rajesh Gupta said that contributions of Amar Nath Gupta in popularizing BJP’s ideology and policies are tremendous. “Amar Nath through his philanthropic approach and generosity has engaged himself in providing succour to people for the last many decades. He has successfully traversed through many ills and wells of life without getting demoralized. Amar’s steady stride in the field of social work has always proved benevolent for society and proved ideal for promoting prolific polices of BJP”, added Rajesh.
Chander Mohan Sharma also spoke on the occasion. Other prominent persons who were present in the felicitation function included Rajesh, Sunil, Kuldeep, Chaman Lal, Rajkumar, Shiv Kumar, Gopal, Vinay, Amit, Manav, Subash Gupta, Gulshan Mahajan, Vijay Bharti, Vijay, Vidya, Ama, Parveen, Saroj, Rajeev Bhardwaj and Dalip.
