JAMMU, Sept 9: The Government today ordered re-instatement of SSP Manohar Singh into service with immediate effect. An order to this effect was issued by Principal Secretary Home RK Goyal.
After re-instatement, Singh will remain attached in the office of Principal Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi.
Manohar Singh was suspended after his involvement had surfaced in tempering of evidence in Amandeep Singh murder case.
