‘Mango Festival’ starts at Grand Plaza Lords Inn Jammu

JAMMU, May 17: Keeping in mind the popularity of mangoes, Grand Plaza Lords Inn Jammu started ‘Mango Festival’ from May 17 to May 25 from 6 pm onwards.
This festival is a first of its kind in the city where the guest will be able to taste different varieties of Mango not just in dessert but also in starters and main course.
Elaborating about the festival Gaurav Kumar, Executive Chef said, “The entire menu has been crafted keeping in mind the taste bud of the local gentry and at same time to maintain the authentic flavour of the mangoes but to present them in an innovative style”.

The dishes include Mango Dahi Kebab, Alphonso Tacos, Mango Honey Chilly, Chilled Spicy Mango Ginger Soup, Mango Gazpacho, Mango Chenna Pannachotta and Mango Paysaam among others. The thirst quenchers include Mango Mile, Green Mango Fizz and Spicy Mango to name a few.
“This festival is being organized at The Lime Tree, which is our Signature Restaurant and as in past, we tried bring different savour for the people here in the City of Temples. I welcome all Jammuites to come and enjoy the signature mango dishes created by our Chef”, said Stephen Ganon, General Manager, Grand Plaza Lords Inn Jammu.
