JAMMU, Nov 14: A man today succumbed to his burn injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
According to a police spokesperson, the man identified as Sohan Lal (32) son of Tarsem Lal, a resident of Ward No 2, Simbal Camp, was shifted here at GMCH yesterday after he suffered about 40% burn injuries at his residence due to stove blast.
However, the man succumbed to his injuries today at about 1.15 pm. After completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites.
The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
