KATHUA, Feb 27: A man snatched the gold chain and mobile of a lady in Dhar Jankher area, falling under the jurisdiction of Basohli police station.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a woman namely Usha Devi, wife of Naresh Kumar, a resident of Dhar Jankher stating that a man identified as Makhan Lal, a resident of same locality had snatched the gold chain (mangalsutra) and her mobile phone.
Acting over the complaint, a case under Section 353 RPC has been registered at Basholi police station and manhunt has been launched to nab the snatcher.
