JAMMU, Sept 21: Miran Sahib Police arrested a man involved in Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act case, police sources said.
The arrested person was identified as Kaka, a resident of Phinder Tehsil RS Pura, District Jammu.
A case FIR Number 102/2021 under Sections 376 and 452 IPC and 4 POCSO Act stands registered against him at Police Station Miran Sahib.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Miran Sahib Inspector Mirza Sultan made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan.
