RAMBAN, Mar 31: Police arrested a man along with illicit liquor pouches from Banihal.
As per police sources, police team from Banihal police station led by SHO Inspector Tariq Naik under the supervision of SSP Ramban Randeep Singh Parihar intercepted a person near Bus-Stand, Banihal.
During checking, police recovered 27 pouches of illicit liquor and arrested the bootlegger, who has been identified as Kamaljit, son of Bikram Jeet of Subash Nagar, Jammu.
A case under FIR number 37/15 under Section 48 (F) Act has been registered at police station Banihal and investigation started.
