SAMBA, Apr 30: One person committed suicide in village Sumbli in Samba district by hanging himself with a ceiling fan in his house late last night when all the family members had gone to attend a marriage ceremony.
As per reports, Manohar Lal, 35, son of Gian Chand of village Sumbli committed suicide by hanging himself with the ceiling fan in his house late last night when all other family members had gone outside to attend a marriage ceremony.
When they returned from the marriage later they found Manohar hanging with ceiling fan. They informed the Police and a team from Purmandal Police Station led by SHO Satish Sharma reached the village and shifted the body to Samba Hospital for autopsy.
The Purmandal Police has registered a case under Section 174 and started investigations.
