JAMMU, Feb 9: The dead body of a man was today found hanging at his residence in Nanak Nagar area of city outskirts.
According to a police official, the deceased was identified as Mohan Singh son of Sant Ram, resident of Sector No 2, Nanak Nagar. He said that the man was found hanging late this evening at his residence.
“The body of the deceased has been shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for postmortem”, he said, adding, inquest proceedings under 174 CrPC have been initiated at police station Gandhi Nagar.
