UDHAMPUR, Aug 29: In an apparent case of suicide, a young man was found hanging from a tree near his rented house at village Nimbla, tehsil Ramnagar.
According to the Police, Subash Chander (31), son of Romesh Chander, resident of village Kirmo in Ramnagar, was found hanging from a tree under mysterious circumstances.
On being informed, Police shifted the dead body SDH Ramnagar for postmortem and registered a case under 174 RPC for further investigation.
Meanwhile, dead body of newly born male baby was found at village Sial Salan in Udhampur, here today. The body was being dragged by some stray dogs.
Police shifted the dead body to District Hospital Udhampur and registered a case in this connection.
