JAMMU, July 21: A man was found hanging today at his residence in Bishnah area of city outskirts.
“Harbans Lal (58) son of Banta Ram, resident of Jinder Khurd, was found hanging from the ceiling fan in his room by his family members,” a police official said.
He said that the body of the deceased was shifted to SDH Bishnah and after postmortem, handed over to its legal heirs for last rites while inquest proceeding under Section 174 CrPC was initiated in this connection at police station Bishnah.
