JAMMU, July 21: A lady and a transgender were detained for moving aimlessly in Jewel area.
As per police sources, some locals complained to police stating that a lady and a transgender were moving aimlessly near Jewel area and they are suspicious about their involvement in flesh trade.
Acting swiftly, a team from Nowabad Police Station led by SHO Inspector Deepak Jasrotia under the supervision of DySP Headquarter Jammu Shwetambri Sharma rushed to the spot and detained the lady and the transgender.
Both were produced before the Magistrate and were later released after bound down.
