JAMMU, May 13: A man was found hanging this morning in Sainik Colony area of city outskirts.
“Bindu (35) son of Thanu, resident of Ramnagar (at present Adarsh Vihar, Sainik Colony), was found hanging with an iron grill of stairs at his rented accommodation this morning”, a police official said.
He said that body of the deceased was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for postmortem while the concerned police has initiated inquest proceedings under 174 CrPC in the case as no suicide note was recovered from the spot”, the official added.
