JAMMU, Jan 18: A man died under mysterious circumstances in Valmiki Colony area of Gandhi Nagar.
As per police sources, a man identified as Heera Lal, son of Prem Singh of Valmiki Colony was found unconscious at home and was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu, where doctors declared him as brought dead.
After conducting post-mortem, the body has been handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC have been initiated by Gandhi Nagar Police in this regard.
