JAMMU, Aug 8: A man died today due to alleged alcohol intoxication in Government Medical College (GMC), Jammu.
According to a police spokesman, a man identified as Mansih (46) son of Paras Ram, resident of Ramnagar Dhiyani, was shifted to GMC Jammu yesterday due to alcohol intoxication at his residence. Today at about 12.50 pm, the man expired. His body was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites after conducting post-mortem.
The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
