JAMMU, Oct 13: A man allegedly committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence at Kathua.
According to a police spokesperson, the man identified as Darshan Kumar (25) son of Raj Kumar, a resident of Kathua, had consumed some poisonous substance on October 9 at his residence following which he was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, where he expired this evening.
The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of the hospital for conducting postmortem tomorrow.
