SAMBA, Mar 27: An old man committed suicide at his residence in Ward 6 here, today by hanging himself with a ceiling fan.
According to police, Roshan Lal, son of Des Raj of Ward No 6 near Bus Stand, Samba was today found hanging with a ceiling fan by the family members.
The police took the body into its custody and after getting its postmortem conducted handed over it to family for cremation. The Samba police has registered a case under Section 174.
