JAMMU, Mar 18: A man cheated a courier company employee and escaped with camera from Bus Stand area.
As per police sources, a courier company employee Dushyant Dev Singh Jamwal, son of Vikram Singh, a resident of Nardani Bantalab lodged a complaint with police station Bus Stand stating that he delivered the online purchased camera to its owner.
The person took the camera and asked him to accompany him to hotel for payment worth Rs 32,000, but later escaped from the back door of the hotel, the complainant stated.
Acting over the complaint, a case under Section 420 RPC has been registered at Bus Stand police station and manhunt has been launched to nab the accused.
