JAMMU, Apr 4: A man has been booked for raping a girl on the pretext of marriage.
As per police sources, a girl lodged a complaint with Police Station Domana stating that a person identified as Mukesh Kumar, son of Joginder Lal, a resident of Lower Thathar raped her on marriage pretext.
The girl has been handed over to family members after conducting medical examination.
A case under FIR Number 11/18 under Sections 376 and 109 RPC has been registered at Domana Police Station and investigation started.
