JAMMU, Oct 24: A man has been booked for restricting Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) from performing legitimate duty.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by SDM Gopal Singh with Police Station Akhnoor stating that a man identified as Ramesh Chander, son of Bansi Lal of Gurha Brahmana restricted him from performing his legitimate duty.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 190/2020 under section 353 IPC has been registered at Akhnoor Police Station and investigation started.
