JAMMU, Jan 29: A man has been booked for raping widow daughter-in-law.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a widow with Police Station Bishnah stating that her father-in-law allegedly raped her.
The Court has also passed directions to Police Station Bishnah to register the rape case against father-in-law of the lady.
The alleged person was identified as Devi Ditta, son of Sadhu Ram of Mehmoodpur, Tehsil Bishnah, District Jammu.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at Police Station Bishnah and investigation started.
