JAMMU, Jan 21: Bishnah Police booked a man for raping a girl on marriage pretext.
As per police sources, a girl lodged a complaint with Police Station Bishnah stating that a man namely Sukhdev Singh, son of Mohan Lal, a resident of Rehal made physical relations with her marriage pretext, but later refused.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 9/2022 under Sections 420 and 376 IPC has been registered at Police Station Bishnah and investigation started.
