JAMMU, Dec 21: A man was attacked today with sharp edged weapons by three persons of a family in Bhalwal area of city outskirts.
According to a police official, one Keshav Ram of Karwanda (Bhalwal) and his two sons Sohan Lal and Ashok Kumar attacked their neighbor Vishwanath son of late Chajju Ram with sharp edged weapons when they engaged in a scuffle over some old land dispute.
In the attack, Vishwanath sustained injuries at back side of his head. He was shifted to hospital for treatment while a case FIR No 127/2018 under relevant sections were registered against the accused at police station Gharota and investigations started.
