RAMBAN, Dec 8: Police arrested a man along with large quantity of illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Ramban Police Station apprehended a person identified as Ambail Singh, son of Prem Chand of Balihote district Ramban along with 36 bottles of illicit liquor, which he was selling from his shop at Karol.
This was also a violation of DM order issued in view of ongoing DDC elections.
A case under FIR Number 185/2020 under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Ramban and investigation initiated.
Police team led by SHO Ramban Inspector Pardeep Sharma made the arrest under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Ramban Rajinder Singh Chib, Additional SP Ramban Rajni Sharma and SSP Ramban Haseeb ur Rehman.
