MENDHAR, Dec 10: The 37 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) today arrested one person who was roaming mysteriously near LoC at Sagra Barnoi in Mankote Sector.
He has been handed over to Mendhar Police for investigation. However the police said that he seems to be mentally retarded.
