JAMMU, Oct 22: A man has been arrested for rash and negligent driving.
As per police sources, today an information was received at Police Station Gandhi Nagar that a car bearing registration number JK11C-7829 being driven by Sultan Khan, son of Mohammad Yousif of Gagyoge, Kotranka, District Rajouri in rash and negligent manner jumped red signal at Last Morh, Gandhi Nagar and hit Mahindra Scorpio (Escort vehicle of SSP Jammu).
Acting over the information, a case under FIR Number 274/19 under section 279 RPC was registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar and Sultan Khan was arrested.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
