JAMMU, Nov 19: Senior Congress leader and former National General Secretary, All India Youth Congress (AIYC), Vikram Malhotra today kick-started the renovation work at Patel Bazaar in Ward No 4 of Jammu City.
The renovation work included laying of Paver Tiles, for which an amount of Rs 1.71 lakh has been provided by Chairman, State Legislative Council, Amrit Malhotra from his Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
Speaking on the occasion, Vikram Malhotra said that it was the long pending demand of residents of Patel Bazaar that the Paver Tiles should be laid in the lanes of the locality for smooth movement of people.
He said that more funds would be released for further taking up development related works in the area.
