The aspirants of State recruitment agencies(JKPSC and JKSSB) are very thankful to the state high court for directing the recruitment agencies to publish marks and points alloted to the selected candidated as to make recruitment process transperent. The state recruitment agencies are not taking steps needed to ensure the transparent recruitment. This could be ensured by taking some small steps. The official answer keys should be published after the conduct of every exam and the aspirants should be given appropriate time topoint to mistakes in official answer keys. It has been seen that on a number of occasions the recruitment agencies prepare wrong answer keys causing loss to many aspirants. After rectifying the wrongs the final answer keys should be published.while announcing the result, the marks secured by the selected as well as non selected candidates should be notified. The OMR sheets of all the selected candidats should be made public. All the interviews should be videographed so that they could be cross checked. These steps are need of the hour for just and fair selections. So the concerned authorities are requested to take necessary steps in this regard.
