JAMMU, May 5: Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered a major reshuffle in the Power Development Department, transferring and posting 17 engineers across various corporations and field divisions, besides assigning additional charges to five senior officers of the department and its corporations to ensure smooth functioning of official work against vacant posts of Chief Engineer and Superintending Engineers.

As per one order, Vikas Anand, Incharge Chief Engineer, JKPCL (Trading), has been assigned the additional charge of the post of Chief Engineer, BHEP, JKPDC, in addition to his own duties.
Sanjay Gupta, Incharge Superintending Engineer, BHEP-I Chanderkote, JKPDC, has been given the additional charge of Superintending Engineer, Generation Circle, Jammu, JKPDC, along with his existing responsibilities.
Mohd Yousuf Mir, Incharge Superintending Engineer, PMU, who is already holding additional charge of Superintending Engineer, O&M Circle Sopore, KPDCL, has now been entrusted with the additional charge of Superintending Engineer, O&M Circle Bijbehara, KPDCL, in addition to his present assignments.
Anil Goutam, Incharge Superintending Engineer, O&M Circle Kishtwar, JPDCL, has been assigned the additional charge of Superintending Engineer, Planning and Procurement Circle, JPDCL Jammu, besides his own duties.
Similarly, Syed Ehtisham Ali Andrabi, Incharge Superintending Engineer, Generation Circle-II, JKPDC, has been given the additional charge of Superintending Engineer, Generation Circle-Ist, Baramulla, JKPDC.
In another order, the Government ordered transfers and postings of 17 engineers with immediate effect. Mudasir Amin Tibet Baqal, Incharge Executive Engineer, who was under orders of transfer to IT&C Division of KPDCL, has now been posted to S&O Division of JKPTCL, Kashmir.
Tassaduq Nabi Chowdhary, Incharge Executive Engineer, presently posted in ED-II, KPDCL, has been assigned additional charge of the post of Executive Engineer, IT&C Division, KPDCL.
Hamidullah Thokar, Incharge Executive Engineer, who was under orders of transfer to ED-Budgam, KPDCL, has been posted to Project Division Right Srinagar with additional charge of Project Division Baramulla, KPDCL.
Umer Majid Kamli, Incharge Executive Engineer, presently posted in Project Division Ganderbal, KPDCL, has been assigned additional charge of the post of XEN, ED Budgam, KPDCL.
Ghulam Qadir Mir, Incharge AEE, presently posted in SD-Charar-e-Sharief, ED-Budgam, KPDCL, has been transferred and posted to Procurement Circle, Kashmir, KPDCL, vice Irfana Chicken.
Nazir Ahmad, Incharge AEE, presently on deputation to SMC, has been posted to SD-Charar-e-Sharief, ED-Budgam, KPDCL, vice Ghulam Qadir Mir.
Irfana Chicken, Incharge AEE, presently posted in Procurement Circle, Kashmir, KPDCL, has been transferred and posted to SD-III, TLMD-IV Pampore, JKPTCL.
Sunil Kumar, Incharge AEE, presently attached as TO/Store to Executive Engineer, TLMD-III Udhampur, JKPTCL, has been posted to SD-Plant, ED-Udhampur, JPDCL, vice Lavita.
Lavita, Incharge AEE, presently posted in SD-Plant, ED-Udhampur, JPDCL, has been transferred and posted to Electric Central Store Division, JPDCL Jammu.
Ravi Kumar Singh, Incharge AEE, presently posted in SD-II, ED-III, JPDCL, has been transferred and posted to Electric Central Store Division, JPDCL Jammu.
Jahangir Ahmad, Incharge AEE, presently posted in SD-Surankote, ED-Poonch, JPDCL, has been placed on deputation to Estates Department, Jammu.
Jatinder Singh, Incharge AEE, who was awaiting orders of posting, has been transferred and posted to SD Katra, STD Udhampur, JPDCL.
Balwinder, Incharge AEE, who was under orders of transfer to the office of Superintending Engineer, Planning, JPDCL Jammu, has now been posted to IT&C Division, JPDCL, Jammu.
Charanjit Singh Oberoi, Incharge AE, who was under orders of transfer to SD-Bari Brahmana, ED-Vijaypur, JPDCL, has been posted to Central Workshop Division, Jammu, JPDCL.
Amit Sethi, Incharge AE, presently posted in SD-IV Nagrota, ED-I, JPDCL Jammu, has been transferred and posted as AE-IT, ED-II, JPDCL.
Romi Gupta, Incharge AE, who was under orders of transfer to SD-IV, STD-I, JPDCL Jammu, has now been posted to IT&C Division, Jammu.
Amandeep Kour, Incharge AE, who was under orders of transfer to SD-Katra, ED-Reasi, JPDCL Jammu, has been posted to Division-II, Jammu, JKPCL.
