JAMMU, Nov 13: Rakesh Kumar Magotra, Additional Secretary in the School Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat.
An order in this regard was issued today by the General Administration Department of J&K Government.
