Lt Gen Saha calls on Governor

SRINAGAR, Aug 30: Lt. Gen Subrata Saha, GOC, 15 Corps, called on N.N. Vohra, Governor, here at the Raj Bhavan today.
He informed the Governor about the obtaining security scenario and particularly briefed him about the ongoing encounter in Kupwara.
