LPEF delegation calls on CE Jal Shakti Kashmir

SRINAGAR, Feb 3: A delegation of All JK Government Low Paid Employees Federation headed by its general secretary, Mohammed Javid Shah, State secretary, N.A.Magrey, and district secretary, Anantnag Ab.Rashid Wani today called on Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti (P.H.E) Basharat Ahmad Kawoosa at his office chamber today.
The delegation held a threadbare discussion on the problems being faced by PHE employees with CE and sought their immediate redressal.
The problems discussed included holding of D.P.C of field staff which is pending for decades, settlement of SRO 43 cases, release of wages of daily wagers and their regularisation, release of time bond arrears pending at different stages in district Anantnag, completion of service books of employees by making necessary entries and adjustment of S.Os and Head Assistants in S.E. Hydraulic Office Anantnag and detachment of attachments in view of transfer policy.
Chief Engineer listened these demands and gave assurance to the delegation that their problems will be solved.
Manzoor Ahmad Rather, Mohammad Shafi, Ab.Rahman, Ab Rashid Pala, Ab Salam, Bashir Ahmed etc the other members of LPEF also were present in the meeting.
