JAMMU, Mar 10: Parade Police recovered and handed over the lost purse to its owner.
As per police sources, a missing complaint was lodged at Police Post Parade by a lady namely Radha Gupta, wife of Rakesh Gupta of Dewana Mandir Pacca Danga stating that she lost her purse which contained Rs 15000 cash and other valuable documents.
Acting over the complaint, a missing report was lodged at Police Post Parade and investigation started.
During the course of investigation, a team of Police Post Parade led by SI Lalit Kumar under the supervision of SDPO North Sharad Kalu did strenuous efforts and with the help of CCTV cameras footages of the area finally recovered the lost purse.
The owner of the lost purse was informed and the same was handed over to the owner after verifying the details.
