NEW DELHI : The Lok Sabha today paid tributes to its former member Anna Joshi who passed away in Pune. Speaker Sumitra Mahajan made the obituary reference for Joshi and lauded his services to the society. The House also observed a two-minute silence as mark of respect for the departed soul.
Joshi(79) was elected the the Lower House in 1991, a three-time MLA in Maharashtra. He had also served as Deputy Mayor in the Pune Municipal Corporation. (AGENCIES)
