UDHAMPUR, Jan 7: Alleging failure of Jal Shakti Department (PHE) in providing adequate water supply to them, the residents of Ward number 7 today held a massive protest in front of DC office Udhampur.
The protestors raised slogans against the PHE Department and District administration Udhampur. They alleged that there was no regular supply of drinking water for long time with the result people of the area were suffering.
Even as the matter was brought into the notice of the concerned authorities various times, but all remained in vain, said the protesting people.
