JAMMU, July 28: Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) framed its J&K unit body wherein Vimal Manchanda has been appointed as secretary general and in-charge of Jammu province.
Sandeep Sharma was nominated as Provincial president, whereas Anita Chandpuri has been announced as president women’s wing and national secretary and Sanjay Raina was appointed as chairman Parliament board J&K.
It was disclosed by Sanjay Saraf, national general secretary cum national spokesperson of the Party during the press conference, held at Press Club Jammu, here today.
National spokesperson said that the LJP is constituent of the ruling NDA at the Centre, has trained its focus on expanding its base in the Jammu and Kashmir. “With the scraping of Article 370 and bifurcation of the erstwhile state of J&K in to two Union Territories, there is a potential for the Party to emerge as a political force in the J&K,”, he said.
Saraf further said the LJP would give it all to make a mark in the next Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
Satver Kour, Randeep Singh, Arun Panday, Neha Sharma, Abhilasha Kour, Archana Chouhan, Dropti Wazir, Simple Sharma, Shushma Sharma and Vishal Sagar Jain were present during the press conference.
